I got my first Tetris 99 win

I honestly thought winning at Tetris 99 was... impossible unless you're an absolute Tetris Master. I've played the game so much lately, and even for longer amounts of time in one go after I discovered a theme with better clarity and less annoying music than the default one. Still, I only got some 2nd and 3rd places at best. I've felt like I've been close to winning a few times, but I still got hit with too much garbage in the end.

Then, yesterday evening, this happened:




I'm so, so happy! And better, yet: I knocked out a bunch of players towards the end of the game. I think those who ended in 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place were all knocked out by me. So. Much. Fun.

Thank you. I've always loved Tetris, and I was so excited back when Tetris 99 came out. It used to do my head in with its nagging electronica music, though, so I haven't played it as much as I thought I would... until recently, that is!

Haha, I highly doubt that. Not compared to the true masters like you, for example ;). But really, this was so cool! Now, to work for more victories!
