I'm eagerly waiting to hear about your Ubuntu experiences!
Aw, good old times of installing other OSes just for playing around... I always tell myself that I'll get back to it sooner or later, but it's just not happening anymore. Hope you enjoy Ubuntu :) It's nice and user-friendly; my favourite Ubuntu feature is compatibility - it's the first (and usually the only) distro choice for porting Windows apps to Linux (such as Steam). But I guess that now, as I've got a spare, dedicated Windows machine at home, I could easily switch to something else for my main OS? Hmmm...
